Overall, 2017 has been a year with many challenges as well as causes for celebration. At Simple | Pure | Whole Wellness, there are many things for which I am grateful this past year:
- Building my new YouTube channel to bring you even more healthy lifestyle and allergy-friendly gluten-free vegan food content;
- providing almost 50 blog posts exploring mindfulness, stress reduction, minimalism, environmental health, gluten-free vegan recipes and other wellness topics;
- contributing many articles to sites like The Chopra Center and MindBodyGreen;
- celebrating the transformations of all of the dedicated participants who joined together online for powerful life-transforming group coaching programs,
- and more!
