Healthy food, stress management, and lifestyle habits are all key components of bringing the body back into balance and finding greater vitality. Sometimes your body becomes burdened down with the stressors, toxins and illnesses and needs a chance to reset. It is important to listen to the body’s messages that it is becoming out of balance, such as hormonal issues so that you can begin to correct and rebalance the system before further disease develops.
Since inflammation plays such an important role in so many chronic issues including hormonal balance and metabolism, I offer an affordable, to-the-point program to help you find balance, heal chronic illness, get to a healthy weight and revitalize! The Simple | Pure | Whole Laser Reset Cleanse will jumpstart the transformation of your lifestyle, diet and body to leave you feeling better than you have in years!
I would love to have you join us to start off the New Year right. You can save $100 with the special early bird COUPON CODE {START2017} when you commit to yourself now and join the online Reset Cleanse starting January 2nd!

Here are some of my Simple | Pure | WholeTM Healthy Favorites for November!
Favorite Ingredient: Bentonite Clay
Bentonite clay or Montmorillonite clay is derived from volcanic ash.
It is long been used for health as it is thought to draw toxins out of the body to support detoxification. For example, bentonite clay is often part of a detoxification program for removing heavy metals from the body and reducing inflammation.
Bentonite clay also provides minerals like silica, potassium and sodium. Be aware that some bentonite products contain trace amounts of lead and may not be suitable for ingestion or topical use. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider before using this or any other supplements or strategies for health.
Bentonite clay may be particularly beneficial for the skin. When added to a face mask with liquid and left to dry on the skin, it is able to bind to toxins and bacteria and extract them.
Simple Pure Whole Solutions
- Add 1/4 cup bentonite clay to your bath water to help cleanse and soothe the skin while you relax in the tub.
- One of the key ingredients in my Pumpkin Pie Face Mask is bentonite clay. Try it out for a fall pampering experience and smooth, silky skin!
- Bentonite clay may help detoxify heavy metals and other toxins from the body. Check your levels with a test like the EverlyWell home Heavy Metals Test. Get started and save 15% off here to check your levels with a simple home urine test.
Favorite Inspirational Article: How Expressing Gratitude Might Change Your Brain
Gratitude involves the thankful appreciation for what you have and receive, whether tangible or intangible. Through a practice of gratitude, you can acknowledge the goodness in your life and begin to recognize and connect with something larger than yourself.
Research consistently demonstrates that gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, build stronger relationships and deal with adversity.
Recent research brings us closer to understanding why expressing gratitude improves wellbeing. This neuroimaging study suggests that even months after a simple, short gratitude writing task, people’s brains are still wired to feel extra thankful. It appears that gratitude practices work, at least in part, due to a self-perpetuating effect so that the more you practice gratitude, the more attuned you are to it and the more you can enjoy its benefits.
Simple Pure Whole Solutions:
Pumpkins are a fruit from the species Cucurbita pepo or Curcurbita mixta from the same family as cucumbers, squash and other vine-dwellers that have seeds.
They are delicious and versatile seasonal treats. The creamy orange flesh of a pumpkin is sweet and earthy in flavor and can be prepared in a variety of sweet and savory ways.
Pumpkin is rich in anti-oxidants such as vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E as well as supplying a good dose of fiber. Vitamin A in pumpkins supports healthy skin and immune health, while fiber helps to balance blood glucose levels. Pumpkin also contains minerals such as magnesium and potassium which help to balance blood pressure and relax muscles to protect the circulatory system. Although low in fat, pumpkins do contain anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid.
These anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of pumpkin make it useful in supporting many areas of health. For example, compounds in pumpkins have been investigated for cancer prevention and treatment. Pumpkins have also been shown to improve blood sugar balance and insulin regulation. Further, the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds in pumpkin seem to support healthy cardiovascular and heart health.
- Pumpkins and other winter squashes should be organically grown when possible, as conventionally grown plants can concentrate polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from contaminated soils. Choose organic pumpkins and other produce to avoid bogging down your system with toxins and contaminants
- Find a new way to enjoy pumpkin with one of these paleo, vegan, and gluten-free pumpkin treats curated by Unconventional Baker.
- Stir some pumpkin into your next bowl of oatmeal, smoothie or chili for a fall twist.
- Pumpkin is packed with skin-nourishing nutrients like zinc, vitamins C and A and fruit enzymes. These phytonutrients give pumpkin the ability to brighten, smooth and moisturize skin while taming inflammation and redness. The natural enzymes in pumpkin help to dissolve dry skin cells and assist with healing in my Pumpkin Pie Face Mask.
